You will be part of the leadership team, reporting to the founders and acting as a trusted advisor at board level. This role requires a commercial mindset, the ability to explain complex matters in simple terms, build strong connections quickly, and the courage to venture off the beaten track when needed. /ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliOwn financial strategy, planning, and analysis to support sustainable growth. /liliLead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management. /liliOversee accounting, compliance, risk management, and investor relations. /liliProvide clear, data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions across the business. /liliBuild and lead a high-performing finance team. /liliPartner with internal and external stakeholders to secure funding, manage capital, and optimise resources. /liliDrive the implementation and continuous improvement of reporting, consolidation, and BI tooling to enable faster and easier decision-making for management. /li /ulpbRequirements /b /pulliProven senior finance leadership experience in a high-growth scale-up or e-commerce/tech environment is a must have. /liliStrong business acumen with a commercial mindset and the courage to challenge conventions. /liliExcellent communicator, able to translate complex topics into clear and actionable insights. /liliExperience with reporting, consolidation and BI tools, turning data into business impact. /liliProven experience in international expansion. /liliAbility to prioritise without losing control, with a strategic mindset and hands-on execution ability. /liliComfortable with using AI in the workplace. /liliHands-on mentality in leading a lean team without extensive support functions.
